SIGNING & LATE POLICY
The agreed upon travel fee will be charged if ANY of the below occurs; this is Non-Refundable & Non-Negotiable!!!! Please be advised that upon arrival of the appointment, the notary can refuse to notarize any document based upon the below mentioned reasons. The following reasons are:
• Notary arrives at scheduled appointment & client is over 15 minutes late, has to reschedule, & or cancel. (15 min grace period allotted).
The signer is not physically present.
•The signer lacks proper valid I.D. and/or witness (if applicable).
•The signer does not speak English & document cannot be translated into common language.
•The documents are incomplete or blank.
•The signer wants you to certify a copy of a vital record.
•The document has white-out on it.
•The document does not have a prepared notary certificate, and the signer cannot tell you what notarial act is required.
•You believe that the signer is being coerced or does not understand the consequences of signing the document.
•The signer appears to be drunk, sedated, or disoriented.
•You know or suspect that the transaction is deceptive, illegal, or false.
•You are not comfortable with the request.
•The signer is a minor.
